1. Orders & Deliveries
Orders can be placed via the shopping cart on this web site; by email; or by phone.
Upon placing an order with Box Me Up you are deemed to have entered into the terms and conditions as set out in this section. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed and an electronic confirmation will be issued.
Box Me Up always endeavours to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not available, for a product of equal or greater, quality and cost. Unless the item is listed in our full product description page, it is not included in the gift box.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Box Me Up can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.
An extra charge may be applied if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Box Me Up immediately on 0211 452 895. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Box Me Up . However, once goods are in transit, we cannot accept any cancellations.
3. Prices & Payment
The price of items is the current price at time of delivery in New Zealand currency, unless a specific price has been quoted.
Personal, Bank and company cheques are also accepted for on line purchases, but proceeds must be cleared prior to order dispatch.
Box Me Up have aligned with New Zealand's leading payment gateway PayPal to provide you, our customer, with a secure on-line shopping experience. We want you to shop on-line with complete confidence.
To maintain this level of security, your personal credit card details are not stored on our servers or held by Box Me Up. For security reasons, it is a requirement that your credit card details are inputted for each transaction.

5. Returns and Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clothing or other items unless damaged in delivery. In the unfortunate event that your gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call Box Me Up within 7 days of delivery on 0211 452895. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number to be marked on the returned goods, and be more than happy to arrange for a replacement gift.
Postage and handling fees incurred by you will be refunded and a replacement gift re-delivered as soon as possible to your recipient. However, our return policy does not apply to product(s) returned that are deemed to have been damaged in a manner other than through transit.
6. GST Information
To make things absolutely clear we show on your invoice the price before tax; the GST amount; plus the total amount payable.
